Hello!

I am a second-year student in the Master of Microbial Biotechnology program at NC State. I hold a B.S. in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma. During my undergraduate career, I built a strong foundation in microbiology and molecular biology research. Now, in the MMB program, my academic focuses are twofold: continuing to develop scientific knowledge and skills, while acquiring new business skills that will allow me to fulfill roles outside the lab yet still science-adjacent.
