Master of Microbial Biotechnology (MMB)

More science than an MBA, more business than an M.S.

The Master of Microbial Biotechnology program is a two-year, non-thesis program which combines Master's and PhD level science courses with MBA coursework. This versatile degree prepares graduates for positions in business development, product management, laboratory research, and more. Additionally, the program's series of practicum projects are performed in close partnership with local biotechnology companies, and students complete a summer internship at yet another biotech in RTP area.
